I currently work in Life Flight. My objectives are to assure compliance with regulatory agencies; help implement the CRONA contract; support nurses in professional crisis; improve knowledge and understanding of labor issues; increase knowledge of CRONA as an organization; serve as liaison between nurses, union, and management.
