I have worked at Stanford since 1970 in a variety of positions and in many different areas of the hospital. My present position as a Med-Surg Float nurse gives me a great deal of insight into the problems that the nurses on Med-Surg units face daily and I am able to use that to focus on areas that need legislative interventions.
