Dear LPCH CRONA Nurses,

With the implementation of the new scheduling program, ResQ, nurses continue to receive different messages and interpretations about the procedure for submitting and granting schedule requests.

Schedules and schedule requests must be done according to seniority (after skill mix). If you submit a schedule request before the planning sheets are taken down, and your request is denied even if you have more seniority, email crona@crona.org immediately.

We have had discussions with nursing management about our concerns with the new scheduling program. We need to hear from you if you encounter difficulties with ResQ.
