How to vote:
- Use the online fillable form on this page to submit a voting proxy. Submitting the form online will send the form to CRONA automatically. Deadline to submit voting proxy form online is 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, 2022.
- Download and complete the PDF version of the voting proxy form. Follow the directions on the form to submit the form to CRONA via email, fax, or by hand. Deadline to submit voting proxy form online is 6:00 p.m. on Sunday May 1, 2022.
- Vote in person on voting day. Polls will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 1, 2022. Voting location is the 4300 Bohannon, Suit 250, Menlo Park 94025 (it’s an office complex; Bohannon is off Marsh Road and very close to 101)
- Eligibility to vote: must be a CRONA member in good standing. Refer to [CRONA Bylaws] for more information or contact CRONA for more information.
